Mindful Talks founded by Diana Tufan, brings people together through engaging in-person and online events, featuring talks and workshops on neuroscience, psychology, sociology, and more. Believing that a better understanding of ourselves leads to a better life, its goal is to bridge the gap between science and real-world challenges. In this way, people can gain more clarity and confidence to grow.

The Human Mind Institute was pleased to collaborate with Mindful Talks to introduce the benefits of learning and practicing Neuro-Reflective Thinking. With enthusiastic participants, we explored how the brain functions as a neurochemical computer and how we can learn to bring out the best in ourselves by consciously influencing the “flavors” of its chemistry.
